What happened?

we were inseparable
we’ve fought hard and beat the odds
we were so inlove
we were such into each other.

with small misunderstanding
suddenly the tides turned against us
we cant fix even the tiniest thing
we dont compromise
we dont communicate
we dont settle for anything else

what happened to the old feelings
which made us smile before?
which brought so many goodness in us?
what happened to all the promises we made
which held us together?
which made us look for a brighter futeure?
what happened to the fire
which we kept so long alive?

i dont know the answers to my questions
but i just hope you would help me
until we can finally see the light back again
to guide us back to our love…
